Age Limit: Candidates age should be 15 to 24 years as on 22-04-2016. Age relaxation is applicable 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST & 10 years for PWD candidates.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should passed in 8th + ITI for Carpenter & Welder Posts, 10+ ITI in relevant trade with minimum 50% marks for other Posts.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.100/- through Postal order drawn in favour of the Work Shop Personnel Officer/ S&T/ Work Shop, Southern Railway-Podanur, Coimbatore-641 023 Payable at Coimbatore. No fee for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Women candidates.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Academic Merit & interview conducted by Southern Railway.
How to Apply: Candidates can send their applications in prescribed format along with all relevant documents, colour photograph, fee in an envelope super scripted as “Application for Apprenticeship Training – 2016-17 Ex.ITI” by ordinary/ Registered post.
