SSC JE 2019 Notification: SSC Junior Engineer Recruitment 2019
The Staff Selection Commission had released a notification on its official website regarding the recruitment of candidates to the post of Junior Engineer under various departments. The notification was published on February 1, 2019, and says that the application process for the post of JE is now open through ssc.nic.in. Interested candidates can check the recruitment notification by logging into the website of SSC or by clicking on the direct link given below.
Also, according to the notification, the last date for submission of the online applications has been scheduled for February 25, 2019 till 5.00 P.M while the last date for making online fee payment is February 27, 2019, till 5.00 P.M. The examinations is scheduled to be conducted from September 23 to 27, 2019.

SSC JE 2019: Online mode
SSC Junior Engineer Exam 2019 will be conducted in online mode only. The exam will be conducted to recruit candidates to the post of Junior Engineer (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical and Quantity Surveying and contract) across the country.

SSC JE 2019: Eligibility criteria
Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical) - 3 years Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering/ Electrical Engineering from an institution recognized by the Central Government or State Government.
Junior Engineer (Quantity Surveying & Contract)- 3 years Diploma in Civil engineering from a recognised institute/University/Board or equivalent; OR Passed Intermediate examination in Building and Quantity Surveying Sub Divisional-II of the institute of Surveyors (India).

Junior Engineer (Central Water Commission/ CPWD) - 32 years
Junior Engineer Civil (Department of Post) and Junior Engineer Quality Surveying and Contract (MES) - 27 Years
Junior Engineer (MES/ Farakka Barrage/ Director General Border Roads Organisation/ Central Water Power Research Station/ Date of Quality Assurance(Naval)/ National Technical Research Organisation) - 30 Years
SSC JE 2019 Exam: Selection procedure
Selection process consists of Computer Based Objective Type Test (100 marks) and Conventional Type Written Examination (300 Marks)
Candidates who are shortlisted on the basis of performance in Computer based test will be called for Conventional Type Test

General and OBC: Rs 100/-
Women /SC/ST/PH/Ex-Servicemen: No fee
Fee can be paid via Online or Offline/SBI Challan Mode
