IOCL Recruitment 2019: 466 Trade Apprentice posts
The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has released a notification regarding the invitation of online applications for 466 slots of Apprenticeship in its Refineries Division on the official website, iocl.com. The interested and eligible candidates can apply for the recruitment drive on or before March 8, 2019 while the written exam will be conducted on March 24, 2019.

* Trade Apprentice (Chemical Plant)- 89
* Trade Apprentice (Secretarial Assistant) - 75 Posts
* Technician Apprentice (Electrical) - 73 Posts
* Technician Apprentice (Chemical) - 65 Posts
* Technician Apprentice (Instrumentation) - 47 Posts
* Trade Apprentice (Fitter) - 43 Posts
* Trade Apprentice (Boiler) - 30 Posts
* Trade Apprentice (Accountant) - 26 Posts
* Technician Apprentice (Mechanical) - 18 Posts
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
Trade Apprentice: Candidates who are Matric pass with 2 years of relevant experience can apply.
Technician Apprentice: Candidates with diploma in relevant disciplines can apply.
Age Limit:
Candidates with age between 18-24 years of age can apply.
Selection process:
The candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test followed by an interview. The written test carries a weightage of 85 per cent and interview carries 15 per cent weightage.
Important dates to remember:
The beginning of online application- February 16, 2019
The conclusion of online application- March 8, 2019
Last date for receipt of hard copy of application form at IOCL- March 22, 2019
The tentative date for written test- March 24, 2019
The tentative date for personal interview- April 1 to April 5, 2019

Step 2: Click on the 'IndianOil for Careers' tab
Step 3: Click on Apprenticeships tab
Step 4: Click on the notification that reads, 'Engagement of Apprentices in Refineries Division'
Step 5: Click on the trade/post you wish to apply for
Step 6: Select the refinery location
Step 7: Fill the application form and submit your online application
Step 8: Download the confirmation page and take a printout for further reference
